Hotel Planet Plaza

I booked a non-AC room, but it was very dirty, with cockroaches, mold on the walls, and dirty pillows and sheets. The door was broken and there were no keys. It wasn't worth 1300. At most, this room should cost 900.

The photos online don't match the actual rooms at all. There was no proper ventilation, and I felt like I couldn't breathe in there. The rooms were awful, and I saw centipedes moving around in the washroom. I also got an electric shock when I switched on the bathroom light. If you're visiting from out of town, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was filthy, the AC was leaking, and there were bedbugs in the bed, headboard, and every bedside table. The corridor smelled awful. A really bad hotel.

We paid 2100rs online for a small room because the hotel was near the airport and we didn't have another option, but the place was awful. Nothing was clean, including the rooms, stairs, bathroom, or curtains, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The outside surroundings weren't good either, and the AC was draining. We didn't feel safe, especially as three girls, but somehow managed. When we raised the problems, the receptionist was rude and wouldn't accept them. We asked for a refund, but they weren't willing to refund us even after deducting some amount. I'd never book here again and would tell people not to book a hotel online. This place should be closed or renovated. I wanted to give it zero stars, but that option wasn't available.
