Theory9 Premium Serviced Apartments Khar

The staff, including chef jayesh, were pleasant and supportive, even though I’d booked a room only. Muskan, Amol, and Jayesh helped sort out my room after my stay at Theory 9 khar west got off to a poor start. I’d booked a sup studio, which was spacious, but it was on the first floor and I didn’t like staying there. They then moved me to a dlx room of 180 sqmtr, which had a better view, location, and look. In my personal opinion, only dlx apt no 5/6 are worth staying in at khar theory 9. Thanks for the support.

The deluxe double was decent for a few days, with a spacious, comfortable bed for two, a more open feel from the living area, and basic kitchen facilities including a kettle. The fridge was large and handy, and mineral water bottles were provided daily. The room was fairly clean, though the bathroom could have been better. There’s no curtain or enclosure between the shower and bath tap, so water gets everywhere. There was also a slight bathroom smell. Don’t expect natural light or a view from the windows. These felt like typical drawbacks for this kind of three-star property, and the open rooms are basic too. My biggest problem was reception. The staff were moody and unhelpful. We were travelling with a senior citizen and asked for help taking luggage to the room, but the man at the desk refused. When we asked for directions, he just said no without engaging. Treebo group needs to improve its staff’s customer service. I’d only book again if they hire more professional, friendly people. The location is good, with shops, local temples, and restaurants easily accessible.

The living room had no TV, but that ended up giving the flatmates a chance to bond and build a sense of community, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping was consistently good, and Mr. Vaibhav and the whole team looked after us well, even through unavoidable emergency circumstances. They were understanding and supportive, and handled everything smoothly. It was a well-managed stay with a responsive, thoughtful team.

Breakfast was fresh and full of flavour every morning, and I especially loved the Vada Pav. Thanks to cook Suraj, the breakfast team, Jayesh, and the rest of the staff for that. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after long days out in Mumbai. I stayed for three nights at Theory 9 Hotel in Bandra. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, so I felt welcome the whole time. I truly appreciate the entire team’s hospitality and would happily stay again on my next visit to Bandra. Highly recommended.
