Getting around was convenient, with an Udupi restaurant right across the road for meals and the airport only 5 minutes away. A taxi there is around ₹100–₹150. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms clean, and the bathrooms spotless and very hygienic. The air freshener in the bathroom was a nice touch. Staff were polite and helpful, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

We wanted around 25 rooms for a wedding in December 2026, but the GM rejected the request straight away, saying the hotel couldn’t provide more than 10-15 rooms for a wedding. He kept calling it policy and couldn’t explain the reasoning clearly. His only explanation was that if we booked 25 rooms, the hotel wouldn’t be able to fill them after our checkout dates. That made no sense to me, and it was strange to see them turn down business upfront. We visited twice in May 2026 and spoke with the front desk staff, who confirmed availability. The hotel has 30 rooms. It’s frustrating when employees take calls on behalf of promoters. Ridiculous experience. Avoid this place, there are much better options elsewhere.

The breakfast had a good range of Indian and English options, and the washrooms were new. The rooms were neat and clean, service was hassle-free, and payment went smoothly. From booking through check-out, we had an excellent experience. Staff were polite and helpful. The location is great, near the airport and Juhu Beach, with local transport available just outside the main gate.

It’s a decent place for a family stay, close to the airport and major connecting roads. There are other vegetarian restaurants easy to reach, and complimentary breakfast and wifi are included. The rooms are compact and have almost all the amenities, though there’s no wardrobe. Staff were decent and helpful, and the hotel stay and service were good.
