Hotel sweet home

We'd booked 10 days ahead and paid already, but they still refused to let us check in. Absolutely greedy.

Everything was completely clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got along really well with them. It's not a luxury place, but it has what you need in central Mumbai. The central train station, shops, and taxis are right outside, yet it wasn't too noisy.

We booked through MakeMyTrip and paid in advance, so check-in went smoothly. The location is great, close to the train station, India Gate, and the airport. The photos are accurate, though the outside looks more run-down. Staff were polite, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning and refrigerator both worked. Water and toilet were fine, and they gave us free water. A good place for a couple of nights.

The hotel is near Maratha Mandir cinema hall in Central Mumbai, and the rooms were neat and clean. There isn't a restaurant, though tea and food can be arranged from nearby eateries. The manager and staff were attentive and friendly.
