The service itself is good, but the staff can be so annoying. They expect you to follow their rules, and the rooms are very dirty. There's no AC, and there's just one bathroom. The place feels more like a refuge camp than a guest house. You also need to be careful about going out or coming back at night. Before 2 a.m. is the cutoff because that's when the staff go to sleep. Pay a bit extra somewhere else and be happier. The staff need to learn how to speak to customers. Guests are how they earn money, but I won't recommend this guest house to anyone again.

A decent budget guest house, with both AC and non-AC rooms. They clean thoroughly every day, and my stay was good overall. It's about an eight-minute walk from Grant Road railway station (local). Leave from platform 4 and walk toward Sheetal showroom. From there, it's another five minutes along the same road, near the signal.

There are food options nearby most of the time, and the hotel also serves food. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is in one of Mumbai's costly areas. Several tourist attractions are close, though transport to other places is only moderate. I'd say it's best for solo travelers. Families may not be comfortable with the location, so close to kamathipura, and the roads get much worse at night.

The rooms are like cupboards under the stairs, and the walls are so thin you hear the people next door burping, farting, and spitting all day and night. The sink in the passage is dirty, and the toilet and shower are even worse. There's no toilet paper either. If that's the kind of stay you're looking for, go ahead. Otherwise, stay away. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. There are nicer hotels nearby that don't cost much more.

Getting around is easy from Grant Road, with Western railway connections to different parts of the city. The location is perfect for that. But the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom, and not acceptable. Don't rely on the uploaded photos when booking.
