The property’s main advantage is its proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport, but the facilities, maintenance, and service don’t meet the expected four-star standard. We stayed on 13th May and paid ₹7,000 for the room, yet breakfast wasn’t included and the experience didn’t justify the price. The rooms were acceptable, but there were several issues: the lift could take only two people at a time, which was inconvenient, and the bathroom shower had a major leak. The menu was premium-priced without quality or value to match. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and the necessary improvements are made.

The food was fresh, hygienic, and had a nice range of choices. I also found the rooms comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and clean linen kept up by regular housekeeping. At Hotel Apex Beacon, JB Nagar, the front desk made check-in quick, and the staff were consistently professional, polite, and happy to help. A clean, well-run place to stay in JB Nagar.

Hotel Apex Beacon sits in a quiet area, which made the stay feel relaxing. Staff were kind and ready to help, and the rooms were comfortable and kept clean. The restaurant offered several kinds of cuisine, the food tasted good, and room service was prompt. A comfortable option I’d recommend.

It’s tucked away from the main road, so the location feels quaint, and Bombay Cambridge School is right next door. The staff are cordial and the food is good. Parking can be hard to find, though, and the rooms are very small. Toiletries also weren’t brought on time, the water bottles are small, and the amenities could be better.
