Ramee Techome

The staff were friendly, and a few really stood out. Anirudh from housekeeping kept the apartment clean after our long days out, the restaurant team and chef were great, and the gym staff were welcoming. The gym was clean, and the protein shakes were a nice extra. We stayed for two weeks and paid in full before checking in. The apartment size worked for us, but we had to figure out most things ourselves. No one explained the TV or where the restaurant, gym, or pool were. I found the gym after three days through another international resident, and the pool on day five. Our booking included continental breakfast, dinner at the internal restaurant, and wine, but nobody mentioned that at check-in. We ordered from the menu and were charged. We only got the complimentary wine after asking about it in our second week. There were some other hassles too. The toilet kept flushing for the first two nights, and maintenance fixed it only after our second call. Wi-Fi kept cutting out throughout the building. We were given one key card at first, and after requesting another, both cards had glitches until the second week. Clearer communication about the facilities and what was included would have made the stay better.

The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and continental food, and dinner was delicious too. The room was spotless, and the staff were really helpful. I loved the homely feel at Rame Techome, it felt like I was relaxing at home. A fantastic, comfy stay with no hassle, highly recommend!

The staff at Ramee Techome Hotel in Khar were so courteous and made everything feel smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel was very well maintained. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Mumbai.

Our guests were pleasantly surprised by the arrangements for our daughter's wedding.
