Hotel Mumbai House - Malad Valnai

Mamata from finance and accounts was very kind and went out of her way to sort out our refund. She kept us regularly updated and coordinated with the third-party team until it was processed. The reception team also connected us with finance and accounts, and the staff were helpful through the whole process. Thanks to Mamata and her team for their prompt response and extra effort. I’d recommend Hotel Mumbai house improve its payment gateway and refund processing so future transactions go more smoothly. We had booked two deluxe rooms online, then had to cancel for unforeseen reasons. It took nearly 2.5 months to get the refund, after four failed attempts due to “insufficient funds” in the backend payment system linked to online bookings.

The rooms were clean and well kept, with good water pressure and warm water, which was a real comfort. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. Mr. Manish, Miss Maria, and Mr. Mishra were especially helpful and courteous, making our stay more pleasant. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The free breakfast was very tasty, and although the choices were vegetarian, they were excellent for starting the day. The hotel was nice and clean, and the support staff were accommodating, including the security team who helped us look after our hired vehicle. We arrived very early in the morning, and Manish and Maria at the front office were pleasant and helpful, accommodating all our requests. Rash from housekeeping also promptly helped with our immediate needs. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Malad West.

We were even upgraded to a different room, which made the stay extra special. From the moment we arrived, Maria D’Souza and Manish Shetty were warm, professional, and helpful. The front office team made us feel valued, and their hospitality really stood out. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
