The staff were good, but the location was the main problem for me. It’s in a slum area with a crowd that felt very strange, and I wouldn’t choose it if a woman is traveling with you. They showed an attractive price on OYO, then said they wouldn’t take an OYO booking, so I ended up having to pay more than the hotel was worth. You can find much better stays for the same money.
They let us leave our bags there for 4-5 hours while we finished some other work, which meant we could go around freely. The staff were great and quick to help, and room service was fast too. The small rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast and the food we ordered to the room were both good, with plenty to choose from, and the pool was a nice extra. The only problem was the poor condition of the road for about 200 meters on the way to the hotel. Aside from that, everything was great and fit our budget.
Breakfast was decent, but the pool water was dirty. Even the hotel’s best room is really small, and it can barely fit three people.
Ms. Khushi helped us through checkout and was very nice. The staff were supportive in general, and the location worked well for us. The rooms were decent and the food was good, especially the dal khichdi. As non-vegetarians, though, we had some trouble: there was no fish, and the chicken was undercooked. We ordered it several times and got the same result each time. Otherwise, things were good.
The road is the one small drawback. Otherwise, the staff were great, it was super clean, and they were fine with outside food. It felt like a solid five-star stay! 🌟 #Food #Cleanliness #Staff
