Hotel Orient Regency

We booked through Agoda for one night and paid ₹4000, but the hotel wouldn't let us stay because we're locals and an unmarried couple. That's unacceptable, especially in a city where live-in relationships are common. We travelled four hours to get there, and the manager wouldn't even speak to us or try to help. Agoda also didn't help us transfer to another hotel, so we had to book one ourselves. When I asked for a refund, they simply said there was no refund policy, even though we'd used no services and the rooms were still vacant. They could have reactivated the booking but chose not to. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

The room was neat and clean, with no dust, and the staff were very nice and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. It was within walking distance of the station. The location was great for seeing local attractions, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. For a stay, it's the best room, mostly Arbian. Can't wait to come back! 😊👏
