There were no windows or ventilation, and we felt like we were suffocating in a filthy, cramped box. The sheets were dirty, the washroom was unclean, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke, as if someone had just smoked inside. When we asked for fresh sheets, staff got hostile and angry. No manners, no accountability. We were kept waiting for 45 minutes while the staff argued over money. They'd denied us entry because our FabHotels booking was at a lower price. Paying in advance and then being treated like an unwanted guest was a terrible experience. The online photos were AI-generated lies, with nothing to do with reality. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, dishonest, and shouldn't operate as a hotel. FabHotels should be held responsible for enabling this deception. Worst stay of my life. I'll never return or recommend it. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away.

We were four people staying for two days. The owner was nice, but the rates left me a bit disappointed. We didn't get the price shown on Google: we paid 2700 per room for the first day, then they agreed to 2500 for the second because we had to leave around 4am. We're basically from London, and felt a bit discriminated against.

We checked in, saw the room, and checked right back out. No windows, dirty pillows, stained sheets, and a broken toilet. It was that bad, and I could go on. The young staff did try to help us carry our bags up and down the narrow stairs, so we don't blame them. There's no lift. Beware: the pictures of Freedom international on booking sites aren't what you check into. Why is this place listed with such misleading information? It's a dive.

We came expecting a peaceful family break, but the whole stay became a nightmare. From arrival onward, things kept going wrong, and the place felt completely unsuitable for people to stay in, especially families. We won't be back, and I'd strongly tell others to avoid it. Staying here felt like throwing away both our time and money.
