We were here for over two weeks, and the staff made us feel very welcome, from the receptionist ma'am and owner sir to everyone else. The location worked well, with plenty of local transport nearby. Breakfast was complimentary, and being able to request laundry service was a real bonus. Our room was spacious and clean, so we had an excellent stay.

Complimentary breakfast and laundry service were nice extras during our stay of more than two weeks. We found the rooms spacious and clean, and getting around was easy from this location. Basanti ji at reception, the owner sir, and the rest of the staff were all very welcoming. We had a wonderful experience.

Ms. Vasandi Madam at the front desk made a real difference. She checked me in efficiently, shared thoughtful recommendations, and was warm and professional throughout. It’s a good place to stay, right on the main road and in a prime spot for Bandra & Kurla. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff treated customers nicely. The hotel owner and team were cooperative, especially Ms. Basandi Madam at the front desk. Her warm, gentle manner and professionalism showed in her work. Thank you for the great service.

We got stuck while trying to book a car several times, but the team helped us each time and explained travel options by cab, personal vehicle, or public transport. The staff were helpful and behaved very well, especially the mam at the front desk who takes care of everything and is always there to help. The hotel is a great place to stay if you're coming for corporate work or other work.
