We were left with a choice between paying more or losing all the money we'd already paid, since the booking was non-refundable. I strongly advise married couples to avoid this property. From what I saw, families with children may be accommodated without the same complications. If you still plan to book, go there in person first so you don't lose your money or get asked to pay extra. We had paid the full amount online, but when we arrived the staff refused to give us a room, even after we showed government ID and wedding photos. They said we needed more proof that we were married, a requirement that had never been made clear during booking. The staff seemed to apply the rules according to their own opinions, and the requirements changed depending on who we spoke with. If they require married couples to provide documents such as a marriage certificate, that needs to be disclosed before people book. Refusing accommodation after taking full payment, without clear terms, reflects badly on the establishment. The whole situation was extremely disappointing and stressful.

The room and bathroom felt really cramped for the price. We paid around ₹3200 for a room about 9x9 ft, with barely space to walk around the small bed, and the washroom was roughly 4x4 ft. You could probably find more room for the same budget. The place sits above Domino’s on a busy street, with reception on the first floor. There’s no lift, so you have to carry your bags up, though staff can help if you ask. Parking isn’t dedicated either. The AC worked well, hot water was available around the clock from the geyser, and service was decent. It’s okay for a short stay, but there are some drawbacks.

The area is busy, but the shopping and sightseeing spots are close by. Rooms are clean, though small, and work for one person. The bathrooms were clean too, and the reception staff were helpful.

The charges felt unreasonable, and there were no facilities available. Management was very poor and the hospitality was bad.
