There was no empathy or consideration when it mattered, and the customer service and hospitality were poor. The staff came across as rude and arrogant, with a money-focused attitude, as if charging for unnecessary things mattered more than looking after guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The food and cocktails were a real standout. Master Chef Ninad met us and prepared some delicious dishes, and Ritik's cocktails are a must-try. F&B Mamager Mr Vineet and his team Mr Madhav treated us very well. The place is well maintained, and the staff took great care of us. We experienced five-star hospitality and would highly recommend it.

Nobody answered my repeated calls to room service, and the staff showed little courtesy or professionalism during my stay. At reception, when I politely asked Saba and Farhan to speak respectfully, they laughed in my face instead of addressing what I’d raised. Then they sarcastically shouted that I should “go leave a review” if I had a problem, so here it is. Hospitality starts with basic manners and customer service, both of which were seriously lacking. This isn’t the kind of hotel experience I’d expect.

I stayed one night and was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness. The floor was visibly dirty and so sticky that walking barefoot left my feet filthy. I didn’t realize how dirty it was at first, and it even ruined my shoes. Room service was below average and unresponsive, making an already bad stay worse. The cleaning standards are unacceptable for a hotel, and this place wasn’t worth it.
