Fairmont Mumbai

A room upgrade was a lovely surprise: it was elegant, spotless, spacious, and had majestic city views. The airport pickup was complimentary, and check-in was smooth. From arrival to departure, the experience was amazing. The whole team was accommodating and went beyond expectations. We had a reservation issue at Oryn restaurant, but Food & Beverage Director Saif Sheikh sorted it out promptly and professionally while taking care of our dining arrangements. Niraj and Vipul at Merchants, and Ankit upstairs at the pool, also gave outstanding service. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai and look forward to coming back.

Nitin and Noor really helped me get ready for an early flight and brought me my morning coffee. Their warm, attentive, professional service made a real difference at that hour. My stay at Fairmont Mumbai was exactly what I’d hoped for. Please pass along my sincere thanks to them. Care like theirs is what makes a stay memorable.

Lata in the kids’ room was wonderful with the children. She helped my daughter feel so at ease that she could play happily and confidently, which meant a lot to us as parents. The coffee shop staff and the team at Samaa were friendly and helpful too. It was our first trip to India with a small baby, and Bhumi Thakker at front of house gave us so much care and reassurance. She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after throughout our stay, and that made everything run smoothly. At the Fairmont Mumbai, the welcome and service from everyone were outstanding. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back.

We loved the cocktails at The Hedonist Bar, and Kunal was so knowledgeable. He really brings outstanding hospitality to the place. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the juice bar, where the team made every request feel easy. My husband and I spent three nights at the Fairmont and had a fantastic time. The hotel’s distinctive 1920s design is elegant but still welcoming, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were hospitable from the start, warm and attentive throughout. We especially enjoyed the conversations and service from Saurabh Shind and Anubhav, who used to work at Fairmont Jaipur. We’re looking forward to returning.
