The food and billing issues were bad enough on their own. I sent back a Margherita pizza after one slice, but was still charged for the full order. Later, after a 40-minute wait, only one of the two chicken burgers I ordered arrived. The bill was also incorrect and too high. Noise made the stay miserable. My room was on the 12th floor near the restaurant, so I heard chopping and food prep all night. The night duty manager came up and confirmed the noise after I showed him where it came from, but did nothing and it carried on. Other requests were handled just as poorly: I asked for an ice bucket and two glasses and got only the glasses. Salt arrived when I requested bath soap and salt, but the soap never came. Cleanliness felt optional. I raised the bill problem with Aishwariya (RDM), then Chef Mandar, F&B Manager Rahul, and Abhiraj (FOE). Aryan from AYS was also involved, but his contribution felt pointless. Despite all the repeated escalations, I still get calls and messages asking what happened. The staff wouldn’t share the official email for General Manager Mr. Imran Khan, so that route went nowhere too. My stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Andheri West was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. This was a pathetic, badly managed experience that didn’t live up to the Marriott name. 0/10, and I’ll never return.

The new property has a great location, and the staff are really nice and try to apologize when things go wrong. Breakfast was good, but the in-room dining tasted so poor that I’d order on swiggy or walk to one of the many nearby places instead. For a business hotel, the room really needs a proper desk and chair, and it doesn’t have universal plug points. The thermostat didn’t work, so the room stayed super cold. The iron was faulty too, though they replaced it when I asked.

The room was clean, new, and fine, with a large TV. The reception area is tiny, and I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. It’s a small business style property with good food places and some bars nearby. There’s a metro line out front, though I didn’t use it. Location was the problem for me. I had work in bkc, parel, thane etc, and this was far from all of them. I ended up choosing it because the other hotel rates were ridiculously high. Pick the location carefully, or you could be stuck in traffic all the time.

The outside traffic and constant honking made it hard to enjoy the beautiful view. The windows aren’t soundproof, so it’s definitely not a quiet place. Water also leaks out of the shower area even with the door shut, leaving the bathroom floor wet. We changed rooms, but had the same problem. The hotel is newly opened, with a clean room overall and a very comfortable bed. I did find hair on the sheets at check-in, but the front desk responded quickly and had the room cleaned and sheets changed. Breakfast was good, the view was lovely, and service was nice, so it was a good stay despite those noise and bathroom issues.
