I paid ₹1500 for a night where bed bugs kept me awake. The wash basin also didn’t work properly and leaked water across the floor. They advertised Wi-Fi, but there was no connection or proper network at all. There are no basic facilities for the price, so I don’t recommend this hotel.

We booked a day here while the family attended a wedding, and it was the worst hotel. The rooms were dirty, the AC didn’t work, and there were no water bottles available. The staff were busy chewing pan masala and gutkha and were awful. It also wasn’t couple friendly. Be careful when booking, as the photos on Google are from when the hotel first opened.

The room cost ₹2000, which is far too much for the quality. I ordered Aloo Palak and it tasted awful. I’d say stay here if you want, but don’t order food.

I’m a travel agent, and I’d tell my travel partners not to book any Fab properties anywhere. Management is very poor, guests can be transferred to other third class hotels at any time, and the photos shown on MakeMyTrip and other portal websites are totally fake. In reality, the hotels are in a much lower category.

The spring mattress was so uncomfortable it gave me bad back pain, and the AC didn’t cool properly. The door knob was broken too. I was very disappointed, this didn’t come close to Fab hotel service.
