Ramee Guestline Hotel Khar

The food was really good, especially the Buttery naan bread. At dinner time, someone called my room and then came to see me to explain the food. Babu Raj served me patiently, helped me choose what to order, and brought it to my room. The receptionist was quick, efficient, and explained everything. People here are very nice, which made the whole stay quite likable, even if it wasn't perfect. A few things could be better. My executive room still got street noise, which was irritating, though I was okay with it. The receptionists spoke good English, but other people said they spoke English and then didn't understand very basic things. Also, in my room, the outside handle still worked whenever the access card was in the slot inside, so the door needed to be locked with the chain from the inside.

The rooms are decent and clean, though a bit small, which makes sense when you're out for work. It's a good location, about a 10-minute walk to khar station. Alifa was helpful. The stay felt a bit expensive, so I'd recommend lowering the price.

The room had hot water around the clock, and the food was good and not expensive. Staff were friendly, and room service was great. My 13-night stay was positive overall. One thing to know is that there's a nightclub in the same building. My room was on the 2nd floor, and the walls and glass shook every day from around 7pm until 1:30am. The internet was limited to 5 megabits upload and download. Staff arranged a separate router and network as a workaround, though it took a while for a technician to come and confirm the speed limit was really there.

Kamlesh from the Front Office was polite, helpful, and cooperative, and he handled guests professionally. He was well-spoken and ready to assist, and his support helped make the hotel experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated his service and positive attitude. Special thanks to him.
