My friend and I got to the hotel around 1 a.m., and it turned into a horrible experience, especially with a female friend along. I’d already paid through the OYO app, but after I showed the booking details, the receptionist denied receiving payment and demanded that I pay again. I called Oyo customer care 4-5 times to explain what was happening. After 15-20 minutes, the receptionist told us to leave the hotel and wait outside until the payment was confirmed. Customer care kept saying Oyo had already paid the hotel. Once I ended the call, the receptionist misbehaved with us. We were left waiting on the road for nearly two hours at night, from 1:30 to 2:45 a.m., over their internal payment issue. Imagine how horrible that was for me and my female friend.

Staff were noisy at night, and I couldn’t sleep. The walls weren’t proper, so even the smallest sounds carried clearly. I asked them 4-5 times to let me sleep, but they were rude and said they would TRY TO NOT make noise😂. For that service, this hotel deserves negative 5 stars.

It’s a decent place if you just need somewhere to sleep. Marol Naka Metro is nearby, as is the main road, so there aren’t many security concerns. There are also plenty of famous restaurants and food spots close by, so finding something to eat isn’t a problem. I took off a star because my room had no window, they gave me two single beds instead of a queen bed, and it wasn’t cleaned daily. Still, it has the basic necessities and is a decent option for an overnight stay.

There were ants, so it didn’t feel hygienic, and the nearby factories made a lot of noise. Staff were bad and didn’t know how to behave with guests. They promised breakfast but never provided it. We booked two queen beds, but there was only one in the room. Luckily, the three of us had brought a spare bedsheet. Just a bad experience.
