There aren’t any windows, and the rooms are dirty and damp. The AC units don’t work properly and leak water. There are insects, including cockroaches, inside, and the doors are covered in mould. The door locks are troublesome too. One of the worst stays of my life.

They gave me a different room at check-in, so I asked them to switch it to the one I’d booked. There were no toiletries, and I had to pay for things myself. Breakfast was one plate per person. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The reception person was extremely rude, had no manners, and the room service was horrible. The rooms were super dirty, with no windows or ventilation. What they gave us was very different from the pictures on the site. There’s no power backup, and the Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. They don’t even provide water bottles or clean toiletries. Please, I humbly ask you not to choose this hotel.

The staff were good, but I think the hotel needs to be maintained.

A very bad stay. The bathroom locks were damaged, and the room wasn’t clean. One of my worst stays.
