Juhu Chowpatty is just a short walk away, and the lively neighborhood has plenty to do. I visited a friend's family while they were staying a few nights in the serviced apartments. They spoke highly of both the apartments and the service, and as a guest I found the place well appointed. The staff were friendly and courteous, room service was prompt and attentive, and the food was delicious. The price was very budget friendly, so I'd recommend it for a few nights near Mumbai's most famous beach.

There were no hangers in the wardrobe, but at checkout the manager insisted on checking our luggage. Being treated that way over five hangers felt humiliating and disrespectful. The staff behaved very badly. A really unpleasant experience.

We checked in today, and it's already been a very comfortable stay at a price that worked for us. Sneha at reception deserves a mention. The porters and room service have been right on point. We walked around the area today. Traffic can make it a bit stressful, but getting around is very easy. It's only my first day, and I'm looking forward to staying here again.

The welcome was warm and the service efficient, which made for a wonderful stay at Hotel Emerald Juhu by the Regenta Group. Mr. Sujit especially stood out for his dedication to guests' comfort and his hospitality.

The damp smell throughout the hotel was especially bad in the room, and felt like a health hazard. There was no soundproofing either, so we heard every plane going past, almost every two minutes all night. We barely slept and checked out the next day instead of completing our booking.
