The food was expensive and terrible. I ordered chicken and it smelled really bad. The beds had bugs, and the sheets and pillow covers were filthy. Staff kept pestering us for tips, even just for bringing water to the room. There were also touts associated with the hotel hanging around outside VT station and grabbing the attention of unsuspecting tourists.

Don't book a room here. The service was useless, the staff were rude and arrogant, and nothing about the experience was good.

We spent the night trying to find a room without pests. The first one had bedbugs and cockroaches, so at 1 a.m. we had to move. We checked three or four rooms, and they all had cockroaches. I couldn't sleep at all.

Cockroaches were living in the room rent-free, the bathroom was dirty, and the taps didn't work. There weren't any cleaning staff available either. The room was awful, and this was the worst hotel experience of my life 🙏🙏

We stayed at the end of October 2024. The hotel's atmosphere was quite nice, and most of the staff were Bengali. It's very close to the station, an easy walk, and there aren't other hotels around this spot. The room itself was basic and small, with an average bathroom.
