I felt well looked after, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. I was in Mumbai for work, and my colleague arranged the booking after letting the hotel know I'd arrive very early in the morning on my own. They kindly kept an eye out for me to make sure I arrived safely and that everything was okay. The restaurant also had non-spicy options, and the staff advised me when a dish would be too spicy. I had a very good experience.

The staff were friendly and professional, but the Wi-Fi setup was unacceptable. It was advertised as included, yet access was limited and I had to call reception every time I needed to reconnect. Having to repeat that over and over was extremely inconvenient and unworkable, far below basic hotel standards. In 2026, this kind of practice isn't acceptable. Calling it “included Wi-Fi” is misleading and dishonest. The hotel also doesn't offer a facility like airport pickup.

The breakfast was really good, and the staff were quick, polite, and helpful. My sister found the stay comfortable. Her room and bathroom were clean and well kept.

I’m staying here now, and the only thing I can praise is the room, especially after coming from ginger hotel. Yesterday they wouldn’t let my colleague in, saying guests aren’t allowed. The food portion listed as two chapatis was one chapati cut in half. When I asked reception for coffee at 6:45 a.m., the sleepy, droopy guy said nothing was available before 9:00 a.m. The management needs a major overhaul, even allowing for Mumbai room sizes. Maybe this is a government hotel run by Babus. I doubt they’d care about this review, because they don’t seem to care about anything.

Vikas and Anubhab made us feel at home, and Manager Viren was easy to approach. We had a very comfortable stay with our family. Thanks to the team, we’ll visit again in December.
