The room is tiny and the staff aren’t friendly. Please don’t go there.

Very good hotel, and all the staff are very good. Rizwan was especially good.

I stayed at Hotel Lucky Galaxy near Marol Metro Station, Marol Naka, Andheri East, from 7th to 8th December 2024, and was very disappointed. The hotel was in unacceptable condition. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, the AC didn’t work, and my room wasn’t ready when I checked in. After I complained repeatedly, management eventually moved me to another room, but not before the AC problem had gone unresolved for a while. Towels and soap were missing and only arrived after I asked staff several times. They didn’t provide complimentary water either, which I’d expect at this price. ₹2000 a night is far too much for the conditions and service. It felt like management was relying on the location near Mumbai International Airport instead of maintaining basic hospitality standards. I booked through Goibibo, and they should reconsider recommending hotels like this. I’d advise others to avoid it unless cleanliness, amenities, and service improve significantly. There are better nearby choices for a similar price.
