There was a cockroach in my food, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The room was filthy, cramped, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the photos or description online. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly and was not worth the money. I regret spending ₹3000 at Hotel O Mahi. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had in Mumbai, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere clean and comfortable.

10/10
The room was consistently clean and well kept, and the staff went out of their way to handle my needs efficiently and courteously. Mr. Sandeep at reception and Mr. Satyendra, the housekeeper, were especially kind. Their attention to detail and proactive help made a real difference to my comfort and experience. It’s a wonderful hotel, with outstanding service. Thank you for making my stays comfortable whenever I was there.

Very bad hotel, and it’s not clean. The situation is awful, and the staff aren’t accommodating. Nobody should come here.
