We booked a room for our driver at 9:30 last night, but when he got there at 10, they said there were no rooms and made him wait another hour and a half. You have no right to put people through that at midnight. The service was very poor, and Oyo didn't handle our call properly either. The manager said Oyo had taken the booking without checking availability. We recorded a video. Our booking ID was SH8J8802. A terrible experience, please don't book.

The staff were courteous but seemed helpless because of how their business works. The hotel itself looked shady and didn't feel suitable for a family. Check-in was five hours late, food was delayed, and there was no water or usable bathroom. The whole stay was horrible. OYO customer service was even worse than the hotel; I'll write a separate review about that.

The receptionist was so kind, polite, and helpful, always with a decent smile. I forgot my ring in the room, and he called to return it. Big thanks to him. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far, and if I visit Mumbai again, I'll definitely stay here. The staff are very polite.

We only found out after reaching the hotel that it seems to have been closed for the past three months. They were still taking bookings, and the money had been debited too. Please don't book. A very bad experience.

The place looks completely different from the photos. Only one or two floors of the building are the hotel, and the rooms are tiny and not even clean. I booked it, but left within half an hour of arriving. Please don't go there.
