The Fern Residency Mumbai, The Acres Chembur, Series by Marriott

The breakfast was a highlight, with a generous choice of tasty dishes, from continental options to Indian favorites. My room and the shared areas were spotless and kept in good order, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. The warm welcome and helpful, attentive staff also stood out from the moment I arrived. The relaxing atmosphere and thoughtful touches made my stay at The Fern Residency in Chembur, Mumbai really enjoyable. I’d recommend it to business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and good food.

We loved how quiet the location was. The staff were friendly and efficient, and kindly checked us in early after our night flight. The room furniture was a little tired, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. We were here as part of a Mercury Holidays Earthern Experience private tour, and the vegetarian lunch was extremely good.

Sushant served us at breakfast and made it especially enjoyable. Chefs Deepak and Jayesh cooked wonderful omelettes, Dosas, and waffles. Poonam was lovely when she served us lunch, too. In general, the hotel staff were very accommodating and dealt with our questions efficiently. Thanks to the team!

The gym and activity center were superb, and the rest of the stay was okay, so I’m giving three stars. Still, the bottled water that was supposed to be purified wasn’t sealed. It was easy to open, and it seemed like it might already have been refilled. I also left my Apple charger adaptor on the bedside table before heading to a conference. When we returned, the room had been cleaned and the adaptor was missing. Staff checked but couldn’t find it.
