FabHotel Spring inn

We chose this place for one night because it was near Borivali station and booked four deluxe rooms. Two were shockingly tiny. The basic facilities were a mess: one toilet flush didn't work and another room's fan was broken. Staff already seemed to know, but repairs were still being patched up at 10 PM after our tiring day. For the fan, they said it was a capacitor issue and moved us to another room without taking responsibility. We'd asked in advance for extra bedding for a child and got a wet bedsheet instead, so we had to go complain to the manager. Service felt careless, unprofessional, and badly managed. They also charged for parking without mentioning it when we booked, which was misleading. A terrible stay and absolutely not worth the money.

Satish and Yash at the front office made the visit smooth and comfortable. They were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated their warm welcome and the great customer service throughout my pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient, just 100 meters from Kandivalli station, with autorickshaws easy to find and plenty of nearby food. There are tasty, inexpensive roadside stalls as well as well-rated restaurants nearby. The grill-style lift has a nicely designed interior, and its warm lighting feels welcoming. On the second-floor reception, their friendly pet dog is usually playing with toys and greeting guests happily without bothering anyone. The less pleasant parts were the washrooms, where corners looked shabby and unclean and taps and accessories had dirt on them. Mosquitoes were often around while we were working, and the flush stuck a couple of times during our two-day stay. The beds were comfortable, but a bit too short for anyone over 5.5 feet, and the sheets had a few dirty marks. There are lots of mosquitoes in the area, so leaving doors or windows open can let them in when you're trying to rest. The hotel provides a repellent device if asked, but it often doesn't help. Better to bring Comfort Agarbatti. The desk chairs were very small and not ergonomic, so they weren't comfortable for sitting and working.

I booked in an emergency on 11th April for one night and paid INR 2,800, which definitely wasn't worth it. The standard room felt cramped and had no ventilation. It was poorly maintained, and the linen, blankets, and towels were torn and had a foul smell that made me nauseous. There were visible blood stains on the blankets too, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.
