The surroundings felt unsafe and unpleasant, and the hotel’s location was poor. Inside, the room was unclean, with untidy, unhygienic sheets and pillows that made the stay uncomfortable. Service was very poor, and staff were careless and unhelpful. We had to ask for drinking water every day because they never brought it without being asked. The online listing promised complimentary breakfast and laundry, but neither was delivered as advertised. They gave us some snacks and called that breakfast, and there was no free laundry service at all. This was a disappointing stay marked by poor hygiene and misleading promises. I strongly don’t recommend it.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and ready to help. We’d first been given a small room, but since we had a child with us, they acted right away when we asked and moved us to a bigger one. They also helped us find a cab at a proper price when we checked out.

The restaurant’s food and service were good, but the rest of the stay was a mess. We had to change rooms three times: in one, ceiling POP had fallen onto the bathroom WC; another had lights that kept flickering; and the air-conditioning didn’t work in the third. One lift stalls on the fifth floor, so you have to take the stairs to the seventh. The front desk staff seemed new and inexperienced.

For ₹3000 a day, I expected basic cleanliness. The room was dirty, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and had old, unclean sheets. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, and the nearest one is 200 meters away, which is inconvenient. Not worth the price.
