The peaceful, homely feel made the place seem safe, and shops, eateries, and transport are conveniently nearby for everyday needs. I stayed at Pravasi Residency for 8 days and found it comfortable and pleasant. The property is clean and well maintained, in a posh area that works for short or long stays. My room was neat and organized, and it was cleaned regularly, so things stayed fresh and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, always willing to help with a smile. I also appreciated their flexibility around check-in and check-out, which made things hassle-free. I’d highly recommend Pravasi Residency for a comfortable, clean, professionally managed stay in Mulund. Definitely worth the stay! 🌟

There are two veg restaurants just outside, and the hotel has a bar on the ground floor, where the non-veg food and service are good and it stays open late. The location is a big plus: there’s a circle about 20m away with plenty of buses to different parts of Mumbai, and Mulund local station is 900m away. You can walk there with luggage along the footpath. The rooms are tiny, but about on par with Mumbai’s average room size 🙂. They’re on the first and second floors, with no lift. AC, a fan, and hot water are available. The rooms are average, neither the best nor the worst.

Everything you need is about a two-minute walk away, including restaurants, fast food, a medical shop, a hospital, and a general store. The hotel is budget friendly, with good rooms and proper service. Its location right in the middle of the city is very good.

The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and the curtains were stuck so I couldn’t open them. The towels and mattresses they provided weren’t proper and were very dirty. There was no liquid hand wash or shampoo. I arrived 3 hours early and was told they couldn’t check me in early. The responses were rude. After I asked several times, they took 1000 rupees and gave me a room, but didn’t provide a receipt. The place is just above a bar and restaurant, so families should avoid booking to avoid any nuisance.
