Capital O 29143 Embassy Suites

I had an early visa appointment the next morning and it was already late, so I felt I had no other option but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. I've recorded videos and shared photos showing the condition. This place needs deep sanitation and proper hygiene management, or guests could get sick. The room was filthy and smelled awful, almost like dead rats. The bed and linen had stains and hair, and it looked like the sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guests. The bathroom was disgusting, with hair everywhere, a very dirty, mouldy sink, and reddish water that looked unsafe. There were flies and mosquitoes, plus cockroaches on the floor. The staff, especially at night, were rude and unprofessional. The room boy didn't offer even basic things like a towel or soap. When I asked, he brought only a towel and acted as though I was staying for free. One of the worst hotel stays I've had.

The rooms were dirty, and when we raised the issue, the manager said he couldn't do anything because the owner wouldn't listen. There was no backup for the lights, and we found cockroaches. Staff were rude, towels weren't provided when we asked, and the quality of everything felt third-rate. We booked with breakfast, but got wadapav and samasa. Is that what you'd expect from the FAB brand? I chose the hotel because of the FAB name, which was a big mistake. I'm very disappointed and feel I wasted my money. Please take your brand name off this hotel. You're spoiling your reputation, and I can't understand why FAB gave such a place its name. The service was pathetic.

There were rats and cockroaches, with a gutter-like smell around the huts nearby. Service was poor. The staff were polite, and the Fab hotels staff were useless.

This place seems to be all about taking money. There's no proper maintenance, and it's the worst hotel I've seen. Don't come here.
