At 1 a.m., while we were on our way from the airport, we found out our reservation had been cancelled. I'd called earlier to let them know about my late flight and check-in, but they claimed I had cancelled it and said the slot had since been filled. That couldn't have happened online after midnight. It seemed they had simply sold our reservation to the highest bidder, leaving us to look for a room in one of the world's ugliest cities in the middle of the night. Booking sites should stop listing them. Be advised.

The staff were cooperative, helpful, and gave good service. I appreciated the clean bathrooms and hot water around the clock. The main thing that needs attention is keeping the rooms free of pests. A kettle with tea bags would add value. Better toiletries would help too, such as small shower gel bottles and a small refill bottle of good shampoo. The Re 1 Clinic Plus sachets and cheap-looking soap make the hotel seem very cheap. The staff are always ready to help, and I hope to see these changes on my next trip to Mumbai. All the best 👍👍

I made the booking dates wrong, asking for the 24th to 26th when I had actually booked the 25th to 27th. They couldn't arrange a room for me on the 24th, so I had to find and pay for a nearby hotel myself. They also wouldn't adjust my check-in on the 26th, and I ended up paying the full amount. I emailed them but got no reply. The manager didn't understand or consider offering a rebate or anything, which was disappointing during my short stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff behaved well. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including grand station, and I had a pleasant stay.
