The owner was friendly, and the room was just fine. But this stay went badly, unlike the previous time I was here. The bathroom was dirty, there was no water in the morning, and the caretaker was asleep when I needed to leave at 7. Breakfast was part of my package, but he didn't even ask about it despite knowing I had an early checkout.
The photos don't match the room very well, and the linen looked like it hadn't been washed for 7-8 days. The AC needs servicing too. There was no water in the room, the TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, with no signal at all on the 10th floor. It's lethargic and doesn't live up to OYO's promises. I'd say don't book it based on those room pictures. 😂
They've split a flat into four very small rooms and assign one room per booking. The bathroom is shared by everyone, which is inconvenient, and the flush doesn't have enough water. The towels were dirty and wet. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
There isn't any parking, and the caretaker says none of this is his responsibility and that we can complain wherever we want. The AC mostly doesn't work, there's never water from the tap, and the TV has apparently been broken for ages. A terrible option in Malad West.
The location was hard for me to find in the Neptune building, though having the manager's number makes it easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's good value for the money. Staff are friendly and provide good service, check-in and check-out are quick, and they provide toiletries and fresh towels. There's AC too. A good choice for business travelers trying to save money without giving up comfort.
