The bathroom was pathetic, with cockroaches roaming around, and the AC didn’t work properly. The towels smelled strange, and even though we stayed four days and asked housekeeping, they never changed the bedsheets or pillow covers. Some room drawers wouldn’t open, and when we asked to have them changed, staff told us to adjust. There’s no parking for bikes or cars. They say they’ll park for you, but if the police catch them, the guest has to pay the fine, so check carefully before booking. Maybe bearable for a short stay.

I stayed for one day. The rooms were clean and good, and the staff were friendly with good service. There’s no parking, so you have to leave your car on the road, which gets very busy during the day.

The rooms were tiny, the washrooms dirty, and the AC wasn’t working. When we told the staff, they ignored us. On the second day the manager was rude and unhelpful, saying we should have asked for a refund if we were unhappy. This was a terrible stay at the hotel on SV Road near Andheri Market. Don’t book based on the exaggerated photos. I wouldn’t recommend it, there are better options nearby.

The hotel doesn’t match what they show on Google. The behavior was very rude, and police often visit at any time. It’s not a family hotel, and the whole place felt creepy. A horrible experience.

I’m a regular customer, but Mohammed at the front desk was so rude. His attitude was pathetic, and I’d give the customer service from him and the staff zero marks. I’d appreciate it if the owner sees this and gets back to us, so I can explain his behavior in detail.
