I was in transit and booked the hotel from 6 to 9 am to freshen up before my 11:30 flight. The door was locked when I got there at 6, and it took 15 minutes of ringing the bell before anyone opened it. At first the guy said there was no room, but gave me one after I explained I’d booked for only three hours. It hadn’t been cleaned, the bedsheets and towel smelled bad, and water was flooding the bathroom because the drain was blocked. The AC worked but was broken in the sense that I couldn’t adjust the temperature because there was no remote. I went to reception three or four times to complain, but nobody was there. I checked out at 7:30 am. Never book this hotel.

For its price and closeness to Mumbai airport, the hotel is okay, and the staff attitude was good. They weren’t very welcoming about my reservation through OYO, though they eventually accepted it. I keep running into this with OYO hotels: they don’t seem to like customers paying OYO before arriving and prefer direct payment to them. Maybe there’s some issue between the hotels and OYO.

The hospitality was good, and the room and washroom are small but quiet and budget-friendly. It has most facilities, costs an affordable amount, and the metro station is right across the street for easy transport.

For 1500rs, it’s a good spot for a one or two night stay. The room facilities are good, and there are restaurants nearby with good food. The metro is about 100 m away, which is a plus.

The room linen was dirty and torn, and the rates were like an average hotel even though the place wasn’t worth the money. Google Maps showed the hotel somewhere else, in the slums. A terrible experience. It should be closed as soon as possible. Don’t go.
