It's handy for a budget overnight stay, especially with T2 mumbai international airport about 10 minutes away. They charged me 30₹ for a bottle of drinking water instead of providing one. The stairs were also quite unsafe, with nothing to hold on to.

The rates are very affordable, and the rooms are good for the price. We booked through Goibibo, but the contact number wasn't correct. The listing said fabexpress The united, while the hotel had OYO signage when we got there, so be aware of that. There was free wifi, and our experience was average.

The location made getting around easy, even though the immediate area is industrial. Transport was readily available, and Powai Lake, 2.9 kilometers away, was a quiet break from the city. Phoenix Market City Mall was about 4.3 kilometers away. The United Hotel is in Sakinaka, Andheri East, around 3 kilometers from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Mumbai Airport, which was convenient for my trip. My room had air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. Daily housekeeping kept it clean and comfortable. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and the free private parking was useful in busy Mumbai. The 24-hour front desk staff were courteous and efficient, so check-in went smoothly. They were helpful during my stay, and the amenities were good. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay and found it easy to explore the city.

I visit here often, and Saddam has always provided very good service. This time, though, there was someone new who charged me much more. The room service boy argued with me and spoke rudely, and the manager backed him up. When I said I'd complain, they told me to go ahead without worrying about it. The manager and staff need to learn how to speak to guests. Please hire good, educated staff so the experience is better and we can come back. Thank you.

The rooms are clean and air conditioned, with everything available, and the staff were very nice and well behaved. It's peaceful because it's set back from the main road, and the room prices are cheap. There are no suites, but it's a good place for a short stay, and I enjoyed being here. Rickshaws are always around, so getting a ride is manageable, though there's no car parking and the hotel isn't right on the main road. The road nearby gets pretty quiet after 10pm. I liked my stay and would visit again.
