Hotel Star Palace

I booked through goibibo, but Star Palace was the worst, most horrible hotel I've stayed in through goibibo. I was in real need and stayed this first time, otherwise I never would have. The room was pathetic, dirty, and full of mosquitoes, and the washroom was filthy. There was no service at all. I can't believe I paid 1634 INR for this place. I'd urge them not to contract with cheap, dirty hotels like this and risk losing genuine, regular customers.

The bathroom smelled bad and was in terrible shape, and there was no clean water camp. Cockroaches were on the bed, so we changed rooms twice, and both rooms had them. You can't keep yourself clean living in a room like that. The 5/5 Google reviews seem to have been given by people connected to the hotel.

The staff were rude and had no manners. They also asked for extra money to provide water bottles, and there was no regular cleaning. They should knock and wait for a response before coming into a room.

For the price, the rooms and facilities are very good, and the staff were really helpful. It's very close to the airport, and the pickup and drop-off service was the best part. I'd suggest my friends visit hotel star palace Mumbai.
