Hotel Star Suite

I chose it because the rent was cheap and it was close to the airport, but this was one of my worst experiences. The sheets were stained, the room was dirty, and the washroom was a mess with cigarette butts lying around. I didn't even consider looking at the food menu. Even after asking several times, the rooms were never serviced. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really have no choice.

We picked this place during a difficult time on a friend's suggestion. They basically provide only rooms, and you have to arrange everything yourself. The location was hard to find, especially at night, and we had to walk a long way to get an auto or cab. The bathrooms were very old in both their facilities and appearance. There genuinely weren't any facilities.

After we booked online, they denied our booking, then tried to make up for it by giving us a weird, unclean room. We had to ask repeatedly before they cleaned it. The service and management were the worst I've dealt with, and the hotel felt unhealthy, with a very bad environment. It felt like the owner was running the hotel secretly. It was a bitter experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

The AC didn't work, the room smelled bad, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. The rooms were dirty, and the washroom was so filthy I couldn't even imagine going inside. It was a terrible experience.
