Mr shabir sahib was especially cordial and cooperative with all of us. My family and I had a pleasant stay at Tulip Residency, with very good service, staff, and rooms. The room photos online gave a misleading impression, and basic hygiene and facilities weren’t up to standard. There were cockroaches, the sheets were dirty, and we had no hot water. We were put up here after an Indigo flight cancellation, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable, adding stress to an already frustrating travel situation. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness and be more transparent.

After my flight was cancelled, Indigo arranged for me to stay here, and I’m glad they did. The staff were respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Even with the unexpected disruption, they made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. I’m grateful for the warm welcome!

The food was very good, and the team did a great job. Mr karana, mr Pream, and Mr shabri ahmen were really helpful during my stay, making sure things were taken care of and that I felt comfortable. Keep it up, tuliip team.

The photos this hotel shows aren’t reliable, and the sheets felt scratchy all night because they weren’t clean. We stayed here on Jan 16th 2026 after an Indigo flight cancellation, and it was a horrible night. The cancellation was already traumatic, and Indigo being stingy made the situation worse. Indigo should arrange decent, at least three-star hotels for passengers they accommodate. This was a fault by Indigo too. Zero stars for both Indigo and tulip.
