There aren't many choices in this busy area, and the lodge is reasonably okay. But the centralized A/C is controlled by one master switch at reception, so we can't adjust it ourselves and the stay becomes uncomfortable. The room controls are dummy ones and should be made usable.

Guests should be able to adjust the AC themselves, instead of having it controlled by the hotel. The restroom and bathroom layout also needs to be reworked.

A really bad stay. There was no lift or AC control, and the receptionist behaved very badly.

The room wasn't clean enough, and there was no working remote for the AC. Staff service was poor and I felt I was treated unfairly. They also don't take online payments and don't provide basic amenities. I wouldn't recommend staying here and suggest looking elsewhere.

I've been a regular here for the last 10 years. The service from the staff and everyone else is the best, and the hotel is near the market and public transport.
