The breakfast spread today was great, and the food was worth mentioning. A special thank you to Executive chef Adil, who took the time every day to make my ginger chai with less milk. :) Bloom has been a lovely surprise since day 1. The rooms are super clean, the hotel smells great, and service is prompt. Its little terrace pool is a perfect place to unwind.

A handy choice for a short work trip if location is your main concern, though the price is high for what you get and could be more budget-friendly. Cleanliness was decent, just okay. The location is perfect for business. I found the stay comfortable, with free snacks and drinks in the room, a good breakfast spread, places to sit and read, and meeting spaces available for short periods.

The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the free snacks, water bottles, and complimentary drinks in the fridge each day. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Shewati at reception, who went the extra mile. I felt secure, with a guard at the door. The hotel is within reach of Juhu beach and nightlife, and not far from the airport. We used transport from outside the hotel or uber to get around. Facilities include a lovely rooftop pool with good Mumbai views, sunbeds, and plenty of seating. There’s a gym too, and spa services next door, though no salon or nail bar. My only complaints were the shower tiles, which need a better clean, and specks of black mould and dust behind the room door.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you expect decent service or respectful treatment. Simple requests took far too long, and communication was careless and unprofessional. Staff seemed poorly trained and unaware of what good customer service requires. My experience was one of the worst hospitality stays I’ve had. From arrival onward, the service was disappointing, and staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. Mohit Rathod in particular was rude, dismissive, and uncooperative, with little sense of courtesy or urgency when dealing with concerns and requests. The hotel’s overall service was unacceptable. There are much better places where guests are valued and treated properly.
