We had a convenient stay at Citizen Hotel, especially as our request for interconnected rooms was handled perfectly for the family. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and room service was quick. Staff throughout, including the security guards, were courteous and welcoming from check-in onward. The seaside restaurant has a beautiful, relaxing view of Juhu beach, especially at sunset, and direct beach access is available from 7am to 7pm. The food was good, though prices are on the high side, likely because of the setting and premium atmosphere. The pizza was great. Airport pickup or drop-off by cab costs Rs1000. A few cabs are usually outside, and full-day bookings for small cars start at 2.5k for 8hrs,80km. Check-in is at 2pm, though early arrival from 1pm may be possible. Checkout is 12pm and can be extended to 1pm. They'll store your luggage without charge after checkout, and you can collect it in the evening. One note for anyone new to Mumbai: don't use Ola cabs. Ola may show fake locations, take you somewhere random, then charge extra to get you to the right place.

We spent too much time and money for what we got. The waiters seemed uninterested in serving tables and acted like customers were a bother. They were arrogant and unprofessional. Orders were mixed up, some dishes arrived late without explanation, and nobody took responsibility or apologized. A very disappointing visit.

The restaurant sits right by the beach, so you can catch a cool breeze at dinner and step straight onto the beach from there. It's a lovely place to stay, with a great location right on the shore. The food was nice, and the pizza they served was great, though the restaurant is a little pricey.

During our wedding, management showed no flexibility or grace. Even though breakfast was included in our package, they argued over sending two idlis to the bride's room. When our event ran slightly over, they immediately demanded extra payment. Such poor hospitality for such an important occasion, and the whole experience felt penny-pinching.

We went with friends for a few drinks and some gupshup. The food and drinks were great, and the service came with a smile. Sitting by the window, we got a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. They open the roof and windows, so it's a lovely spot.
