Inside the room, I found multiple rats in the ceiling, which was disturbing and completely unacceptable. Before that, the manager had canceled my confirmed Booking.com reservation without a valid reason and made me pay a higher rate. With the hotel deep inside the city and Mumbai traffic so heavy, finding somewhere else at that point was extremely difficult, so I felt I had no choice but to accept. I also never received a refund for the original booking. It was an unprofessional, unpleasant experience, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Fab hotels charged me extra when I arrived to check in, then didn’t answer calls or refund my money. The room had rats everywhere, and the place was in terrible condition. My worst experience. Please don’t be taken in by the reviews, they’re all fake and nothing looks as it should.

They took the token amount, then gave us rooms that were unclean and unhygienic. Afterward, neither the receptionist nor the fab team bothered to address it, so the money feels wasted. PATHETIC service from FAB HOTELS. It’s a scam, avoid booking any stay with this franchise.

I prepaid, but there was no room available when I arrived, so they sent me to another hotel and I had to pay extra for the travel. There’s no restaurant either, just food brought in from outside hotels. The location is very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Service was also very, very bad. Overall, a terrible experience.
