After travelling all night with my mother and small child, we were exhausted and just needed somewhere clean and comfortable to rest. An auto driver brought us here and said it was a good hotel. I'd cancelled my original booking to save money, and that choice ended up costing me much more. The place was dirty and unhygienic. There were cockroaches everywhere, the pillows smelled bad, and the washroom stank. The receptionist was extremely rude and demanded full payment at check-in. When I raised the cockroach problem and said we felt uncomfortable staying there with a child, the staff didn't seem concerned. We had no choice but to stay. The service was pathetic, with no cleanliness, manners, or basic hygiene. Bandra Terminus station is the only thing nearby. This was a truly terrible, disappointing stay, and I'd strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. Easily the worst hotel I've stayed in.

We only stayed overnight for a US Visa appointment, and the staff were helpful during the short time we were in the room. We ordered tea a couple of times but didn't use much room service. The room was just fine for a budget stay. Its location is useful for getting to the US consulate at BKC, but the wholesale shops around it make the road very busy. The property is just off that road, and fortunately we could park our car out front. Our room was the first one by reception, where staff were talking loudly late in the evening. Since we planned to sleep early, I had to call reception about the noise.

Dirty rooms, rude staff, and no professionalism at all. The service was terrible, a frustrating waste of money, and I won't recommend this hotel unless it makes major improvements.

Hotel Home Town was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. The location felt safe and convenient, with nearby places easy to reach. Great hospitality for the price. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it. 😊🏨✨

I stayed three nights with my family and had a nice experience. The service was excellent, and the manager and staff were friendly and very helpful.
