Hotel Holiday Inn

The bathrooms were very cramped, and the hotel was not worth the price at all. The manager and staff were rude. Although we'd booked a room, we had to switch rooms three times because ours wasn't ready on time. They gave us another room to freshen up in, then ordered us to leave and said we'd have to pay for it too if we didn't. I hated the experience and wouldn't recommend this place.

We had such a horrible and intolerable experience that we immediately booked another hotel. The room had no lights, pillow or geyser, and there was a bad smell everywhere. They confirmed a suite deluxe room, but what we got was nothing. I now have doubts about railway service. I don't know who can fix this, but please don't book railway holiday homes anywhere in the country.

During our two-day stay, there was no housekeeping, and staff only came by to remind us to check out on time. The manager was very rude and had a lot of attitude. Rooms were small, with only a double bed and no chair or cupboard. In any room, only two of the five lights could be turned on, so it was very dim. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with hardly room to stand once a bucket was in place.

Breakfast was lovely, though we had to eat it on the bed because the room was so tiny. The rooms are like broom closets, and there isn't a sink in the bathroom. The hotel is in the middle of an incredibly poor area. Since we spent most of the day outdoors, the small room didn't matter much.
