The food and service were great, and the staff were very courteous. We had a lovely evening with the barbecue, which Chef John made memorable. It's a quiet beachside spot in a corner of bustling Mumbai, on a beach the general public doesn't really use, though local villagers play cricket there. The house takes a maximum of six guests, so just one family stays at a time. The road in is quite narrow, especially for the last 100 metres or so. There were flies around, particularly in the dining room, and I hope management takes steps so meals can be enjoyed without interruption. A small swimming pool would make the stay more fun and enjoyable. Still, it's a great place with great food and service.

Amrita and the team gave us a warm welcome when we arrived at Ama stay and trails. It was a peaceful, relaxing family visit, and the food was warm and yummy. Chef John adjusted things to suit our palate and served us an excellent dinner and breakfast. Kriti was so sweet with my mum and always served us with a smile.

The garden and beach views make this place feel so peaceful, even though it’s still connected to Mumbai. It’s a lovely spot for a short break, and would also suit a birthday, proposal, or small get-together. Amrita was warm and welcoming, and John’s home-style food was delicious and nicely prepared. We had every meal included, and all of it was delicious. The garden setup for our anniversary cake-cutting was such a lovely touch. Amrita, Chef John, and the team made it feel magical and heartfelt 🩷 Amrita was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is beautiful, and we loved being there.
