Via Metro Galaxy Inn

I wouldn't recommend staying here with family. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, with low ceilings, poor upkeep, and leaks around the toilet flush. Water also leaked from the AC in my room, and staff were reluctant to deal with it despite my asking several times.

The front office staff were especially ill-mannered, and Fab hotels took no responsibility for the facility. The rooms were horribly dirty, and the toilets were even dirtier than public toilets. The profile photos are fake, as far as I could tell. A complete waste of money. Strongly recommend not booking this property.

The room itself was really good, but the noise was unbearable. Construction next door was so loud it gave us a headache, and as someone with migraines, mine started. Some people were also talking loudly outside our room. To the hotel owner, please don't accept bookings while construction is going on. It might make you a profit, but for guests it's a total loss.

There was no booking confirmation at reception, and I waited at the desk for an hour and a half. They had only one room available; after all that waiting, they somehow arranged a second one. The staff attitude was very poor, and the Fab team offered no help either. Given the choice, I wouldn't book this hotel or Fab hotel again.
