The amenities are good, and the staff are incredible. When I accidentally included an extra 500 rupee note in my payment, Mr. Nithin returned it and was very honest. Mr. Dheeraj was extremely helpful and polite too. He even apologized for asking us to leave a little quickly, though we were nearly 2 hours late. Some of the best staff.
Coming back after a long day felt nice, thanks to the room’s clean, well-kept feel and the staff, who were genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. The simple, relaxed atmosphere made it a comfortable place to stay for a few days. Being in Prabhadevi was super convenient for getting around.
The staff were courteous and quick to help whenever I needed something. Pinaki Comfort Stay was a pleasant place to stay, with neat, comfortable rooms and an easy location near cafes, offices, and transport. It’s a nice, affordable option for a comfortable stay in Mumbai.
The bathroom and the rest of the space were clean and well maintained. I’ve had a great stay here, and the service was great too. The caretakers, Nitin and Neeraj, were very helpful.
The view is nice, and it’s a perfect place to stay in Prabhadevi. Neeraj and Nitin were especially lovely. They made me feel at home and cooked delicious, home-style food. Much recommended. 💯
