The checkout handling made an already disappointing stay really uncomfortable. Booking sites all listed noon checkout, but staff started calling repeatedly after 11 AM. First they said checkout was at 11, then, after we pointed out the listed time, they called again and changed it to 11:30. After noon they kept calling and threatened extra charges. They wouldn't even wait five minutes, even though the confusion came from their side. The hotel was also not clean at all. Poor cleanliness and extremely unprofessional checkout service. I wouldn't recommend it.

Just an average kind of hotel. The staff behaved well, but it wasn't very spacious and didn't seem right for a family stay. The rate felt very high for this place, just ok ok overall.

The WiFi was strong and didn't cut out, with a router in every room. And the fish at the machli restaurant on the first floor was especially good.

The food was healthy, hygienic, and world class, and the staff and service were one of a kind. It's one of the best hotels in the area. I'd feel like booking it again on my next trip here.

I was in town for just one night and found the room spacious and the service efficient and friendly. Great location, and the first floor restaurant was nice. The manager was a little pushy, though still friendly. I'm staying long term outside the city, but wanted to see this place for myself since so many hotel reviews here are dishonest or misleading. I think I could enjoy staying here for a week or so. One tip I keep giving other foreigners: ask for an extra one or two rolls of tissue because it runs out fast, and bring your own washcloth.
