The beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was in awful shape, with a broken toilet seat and a strong public restroom smell. There’s no kitchen on site, so the food comes from outside. The place felt more like a third class lodge pretending to be a hotel, and seemed aimed mostly at couples staying briefly rather than regular guests. I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The food took almost two hours to arrive, and its quality was disappointing. My room also had mosquitoes and bed bugs, and the sheets and cushions were dirty, making the stay uncomfortable. Since coming home, I haven’t been feeling well. The whole experience was very unsatisfactory, and I hope they take this seriously and improve their service.

The room had everything I’d expect at a more expensive hotel, including AC, WiFi, a TV, fridge and even a bathtub. For ₹599, the value felt unbelievable, and the ₹1299 night offer seemed worth it too. Hotel Crystal Castle is a hidden gem in Goregaon West, with clean rooms and a peaceful feel. Staff welcomed me and got check-in done quickly. Great service!

I liked how affordable it was for the quality. Staff were polite and helpful, and service was quick. The rooms at Hotel Crystal Castle in Goregaon West, Mumbai, were clean and well maintained, with a pleasant ambience. It’s comfortable for relaxing on a work trip or a short visit. A smooth, satisfying stay, definitely worth a visit 💯✅

Everything was as described in their bio, and the price is budget friendly for most couples looking for an overnight stay 😉. Highly recommended 👍.
